Elderberry Syrup Recipe//Natural Remedy

Join me as I make Elderberry syrup in prep for the upcoming cold and flu season. You’ll just need a few simple ingredients. As with any remedy, do your own research for your family. Elderberry creates an immune response so you can get over your illness faster. We have an easier time than most because we get over illness quickly. This is our cold and flu hack.

Dosages we use:
Adults: Take 1-2 Tbsp every 6 hours at the first onset or very likely exposure to cold or flu.
Kids: Take 1tsp per day if exposed. 1tsp per hour at first onset of symptoms.
Toddlers: (2-3 yrs) 1/2 tsp per day if exposed. 1/2 tsp per hour at first onset of symptoms.

I don’t recommend this for babies under 1 year because of the honey. Some could have allergic reactions.
