Just a sample of one of our weekly grocery bills and what we plan to eat for the week. I plan Monday through Friday and on the weekends we scrounge something up, eat leftovers, snack meals, or go out.

MEAL PLAN:
Monday:
B: Avocado Toast (Already had a loaf of whole wheat bread)
L: Roasted Chicken and veggies
D: Loaded Potato Soup
Tuesday:
B: Bagel/Crm Cheese(Already had Cream Cheese)
L: Baked Potato
D: Meatloaf and Mashed Potato/Salad
Wednesday:
B: Eggs/Bacon
L: Ham and Crm Cheese Pinwheels (Tortillas in the freezer)
D: Steak Tips/Bell Pepper and onion /Roasted Sweet Potato
Thursday:
B: Sausage Biscuit (Already had frozen sausage)
L: Avocado Toast and Snack Items
D: Chicken Fried Rice/Eggrolls (Had frozen Eggrolls)
Friday:
B: Bagel/Crm Cheese
L: Chicken Quesadillas or leftovers
D: Salisbury Steak meatballs, Green Beans, Baked/Roasted Potato
SNACKS:
Boiled Eggs
Turkey Sticks
Granola Bar
Cottage Cheese (Had)
Apple (Had)
Orange(Had)
Peanuts
Pepperoni
